Chow Chow Puppies

Chow Chow Puppies – General Information

If you are looking for an adorably fluffy friend, then chow chow puppies are the choice for you! These tiny fur balls have an amazingly strong and sturdy build, all though they aren’t a very active canine. Because of this fact, chow chow puppies easily adapt to living in a small apartment so long as they are given adequate time each day for physical play time. Like any pet, chows need daily exercise to maintain a healthy emotional and physical lifestyle.

Chow Chow Puppies – Visual Traits

Chow chow puppies have a very thick “double coat” of fur, and it is thickest around the neckline which makes them look like miniature lions.  Their fur can either be light tan, black, blue, red or brown/orange and their tail is curly and generally rests on their back. If a chow has any other color of fur and plan on entering a dog show, it will not work as the AKC will disqualify them. Chow chow puppies have almond shaped eyes and a bizarre tongue, which is uniquely a blue, black and purple color. This is the only dog that has such a rare trait and is commonly identified by their oddly colored tongue. Also, their noses are generally black except for the blue shaded chow chow puppies, whose noses are also blue in color.

Chow Chow Puppies – Personality Traits

All though these tiny creatures may not be the smartest breed of canines, they have an intelligent streak to them. The chow chow puppies prefer to be on there own and watch the happenings of the house from afar, but are none the less extremely loving and affectionate. At times chow chow puppies may seem like lazy silly goof balls, but they still require enough time in the day to play and embark in tiny puppy adventures to keep themselves chipper. You can help them by taking time out of your day to play with them, assist them in exploring new things and caring for them affectionately.

Much like humans, chow chow puppies become increasingly attached to those they are close to, i.e. you and your family. The bonding process starts between themselves and their owners the minute they meet and will grow through out their lifetime. Chow chow puppies are unimaginably loyal and caring companions who generally only feel one hundred percent comfortable around their masters and other members of their household. All though they will not typically act hostile towards strangers, they do not take kindly to them being too close and personal as they will not immediately accept new comers.

Over all, chow chow puppies are amazing, adventurous and interesting little creatures that are adorably cute to watch. Once you win their microscopic hearts, they will be yours forever and you should feel blessed to have the honor of loving them back! Always remember to keep your pet healthy and active, feed them appropriate to their size and age, shower them with kind hearted affection and keep smiling because they love you! Enjoy these fluffy, fantastic chow chow puppies and always take lots of pictures with them!
